Our "tailor to fit" service allows you to send us your measurements so that we can create a product that fits you perfectly, without any limitations imposed by standard sizes. Please send us your measurement to help@simplecoolgirl.com if you choose this option (Only applied to SCG-MADE range).
In addition to the product price, we apply a basic service fee (click here) for the tailoring service, please email us for more information.

Shipping
We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $80 AUD and free shipping to rest of the world for orders over $100 AUD. (exclude warehouse sale items)
For orders include both warehouse sale items and normal items, we suggest placing the order seperatly for free shipping for your non-clearance items.
• Shipping to Australia and New Zealand will take 7-12 business days.
• Shipping to United Kingdom will take 5-10 business days.
• Shipping to United States will take 7-12 business days.
• Shipping to the rest of the world will take 7-20 business days depending on location.
Warehouse sale items:
Please note that we do not offer free shipping for warehouse sale items due to the low selling price. However, we'll keep the shipping costs as low as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Return/Exchange
We now offer free return shipping for the full-price items if you select the return as online store credit (T&C applied, please email us for more information).
We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we have a hassle-free return policy in place. If you're located within the country, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and send it back to us.
For our international customers, we understand that shipping can take longer, so we provide a 30-day return policy.

If you need to change your address or cancel your order, please note that our shipping team operates at a high speed. Therefore, you may have a window of one hour after placing your order to make these changes.
