We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and deliver the item back to us. For our international customers, we provide 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and deliver the item back to us. with your choice of courier
To be eligible for a return, your item must be
- In the same condition that you received it (with tag and the original package)
- Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- Free from make up, stains and any scent (including deodorant and perfume)
- Not a sale items
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return does not meet the conditions, it will not be refunded and returned back to you.
Note: If the order contain a gift, it need to be all returned together. Or the refund will be returned with the price of the gift deducted. If the returned items are over 200 AUD, there would be 5 AUD processing fee deducted from your refund.
We can't help generate a postage label. But we can provide longer time for returning if you want to ship the item back to us with your choice of delivery courier.
For customers in UK, we suggest using Royal mail for sending your return to us. The shipping price will start from 4.9 pounds. Click Here for more information.
For customers in US, we suggest using USPS for sending your return to us. The shipping price will start from 18 USD for first-class package.
Please note the shipping fee is not refundable.
Method to return:
1. Pack up your return card & packing slip
2. Email email@example.com for the address for return
3. Ship on your own using the carrier of your choice to the below address or shipping label from us
4. Make sure to get a return tracking # and inform us
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a free shipping code from us and make a new order. Then return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will refund you the item back to your original payment.
Exchange items need to be shipped back to our office in Australia. But we will ship your exchange for free once we received your item. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you again for your understanding.
You can choose your refund as store credits or exchange. For the sale items, we do not offer exchange or refund. The refund will be issued once we received your return.
The refund normally take 2-5 business days get to your account depend on the facility of your original payment. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If you require the postage label from us for shipping the item back, the final amount you received will be your item minus the postage fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note, all store credits are not refundable and if your item is purchased by store credits, this item won't be refundable.
