Warehouse sale delivery fee:
Australia (take up to 2-8 days)-- 10 AUD
New Zealand (take up to 7-10 days)-- 17 NZD

Rest of the world (take up to 7-15 days) -- 25 AUD
Order placed before 3 pm Australian time will be shipped on the same day. Some products might take up to 3 business days to process, we will notify you if this situation happen.
We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates are used as a guide only. We are also not responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact your courier service directly xx
About tax and duty: Parcels could be taxed by custom, and we don't prepaid the tax for the parcel. The tax amount due to the destination country. We are not responsible for any taxed parcel. We don't refund any orders if you refuse to paid duty and tax, if the tax is not paid, your package will be destroyed by the delivery courier.
Abnormal delivery time: It normally takes maximumlly 3 weeks for your order to be delivered. Please use the tracking number we provided to track you order. We are not responsible for any order returned to sender since it will be returned to delivery courier's warehouse. If your order takes over a month to deliver to you, please email us to ask for help.
